Coaching Experience

My clients include dentists, attorneys, physicians, coaches, realtors, financial advisers, various small business owners and leaders in the high tech industry.

International Coach Federation (ICF) awarded my certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) after I completed two certified coaching programs, coached more than 25 clients and 750 hours. (ICF has 16000+ members in 80+ countries. USA has 8312 members and only 739 of them are PCC (as of June, 2008).

Currently, I am leading ICF Leadership Coaching Special Interest Group in monthly tele-conference format to advance the art, science and practice of professional leadership coaching in the world.

Career experience

Business coaching, Leadership Coaching and life coaching since 2000.

Product realization management, web/wireless emerging technology and architecture, vendor selection and management, software engineering and development in the high tech industry since 1984.
