I mentor coaches who desire to be certified by International Coach Federation or who want to be a better coach.

I am a certified EQ Profile Consultant. I use the assessment result to help my clients raising self awareness and grow emotional intelligence.

I am certified to use Culture Transformation Tools  to do 360 assessment for leaders and organizations in developing  leadership skills and in transforming organizational culture.

I host various workshops for leaders and small business owners.
